Mon Oct 13 Arrive at Gaylord Opryland Resort by 4:30 pm. Courtesy airport shuttle included if you decide to fly. Please arrive at BNA by 3:30 pm if you’re flying. You will have time to settle into our luxury resort and explore a bit of the lush atriums and gardens. This evening we will be picked up by our private mini-coach to attend the Time Jumpers concert at 3rd & Lindsley where we will enjoy this supergroup of Nashville’s top musicians known for their world-class country swing music. You may order dinner on your own.
Tues Oct 14 Arise and get a leisurely breakfast on your own at the many cafe/restaurant options at Opryland Hotel. We will be picked up
up at 9:00 am to drive out to the Johnny Cash Farm - the place
the Man in Black called “the center of his universe”. Then on to
the famous Loveless Cafe for lunch on your own. After lunch in
this historic, southern restaurant, we will head downtown to explore the rest of Johnny’s life at the award-winning Johnny Cash Museum - just across the street from the Goo Goo Chocolate Co. where Nashville’s own Goo Goo Clusters are made. Chocolate lovers may go over and purchase some of the taste of Nashville to take home with you! Next we will take a 15 minute guided walk along Broadway’s iconic Honky Tonks to a beloved Nashville eatery
known for its southern comfort food and down-home
atmosphere. Puckett’s started as a grocery store in the 1950s. Get ready to dance the night away at the historic Nashville Palace where we will enjoy line dance lessons and a lively night of music and dance. (Breakfast voucher included)
Wed Oct 15 Sleep in today or get up, take a swim in the Sound Waves water park or shop, enjoy the resort and breakfast on your own. Our pick up will be at 10:00 am this morning to experience the history of country music at the Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum. Get lunch on your own at the museum cafe. We will take a
10 min walk over to the Mother Church of Country Music - The Ryman Auditorium for a guided tour. After our tour, we will take you back to Opryland for some time to change and refresh before we head over to the General Jackson Showboat for dinner and a show. (Breakfast voucher and Dinner included)
Thur Oct 16 This morning we will hop on our private coach to go to brunch at
Monell’s in a lovely Victorian house in Germantown. After eating,
we will give you time to explore the shops, cafes and Honky Tonks on Broadway for a couple hours. Our coach will pick us up and take us back to Opryland to get ready for our evening at the Opry! We will enjoy a group dinner at Paula Deen’s and then over to the Grand Ole Opry. After Opry Country Classics hosted by Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Bros. we will take a backstage tour and check out the dressing rooms and perhaps get a glimpse of the superstars themselves! (Brunch and Dinner included)
Fri Oct 17 Our tour of Nashville is concluded. You may enjoy Opryland before your 11:00 am check out. Courtesy airport shuttle included for your return flight if you are flying. (Breakfast voucher included)
